Guests see your space and book the exact place.

PlanWise turns a venue into an interactive plan. A guest sees the real layout, chooses the very table, lounger or parking bay they want, and books it on your website.

One place, drawn once, booked place by place.

Every PlanWise venue follows the same sequence, from the physical site to a confirmed booking.

  1. 01 · Space

    Start from the real place

A beach, a car park, an office floor or a dining room — the layout your guests already know.

  2. 02 · Plan

    Draw it to scale

Zones and places are laid out in the plan editor, measured like a drawing.

  3. 03 · Place

    Every shape is bookable

Each object on the plan is something real: a lounger, a bay, a desk, a table.

  4. 04 · Availability

    State on the plan

Free, held and booked are shown where the place is, and change as they happen.

  5. 05 · Booking

    Confirmed by the server

A booking is confirmed once payment clears — never by the page alone.

For any space where the exact place matters.

If your guests care which place they get, it belongs on a plan.

Built as infrastructure, not a booking form.

For businesses whose revenue depends on every booking being right.

  • Availability

    Live on the plan

Free, held and booked places change while guests are still choosing.

  • Integrity

    No double bookings

Two bookings for the same place and time are refused by the database itself.

  • Integration

    Embeds anywhere

One line of code on your website, and the plan with booking is on the page.

  • Accessibility

    Built to WCAG 2.2 AA

Every place is reachable by keyboard and screen reader, not only by pointer.

  • Brand

    Your style

Colours, typography and place states follow your brand, down to the map.

  • Payments

Card data stays off your site

Card details never enter your page; a certified payment provider takes the payment, and the money goes to the venue.

Pricing on request.

We are in a pilot launch and agree terms with each venue individually, so we do not publish general prices.

  • The price depends on the number of venues and places on the plan.
  • We send a written offer, with every term and tax stated, before any payment.
  • Guests pay the venue directly, not through PlanWise.

What people usually ask.

Do I need a developer to put PlanWise on my site?

No. The widget goes in with one line of code, like a map or a video. If your site is built with a site builder, a custom-code block is enough.

Who draws the plan?

You do, in the plan editor, with measurements and a grid; a photo or a drawing of the room can sit under the plan.

Can two guests book the same place for the same time?

No. The database itself refuses such a booking, so it cannot happen even when two people press "Book" at the same moment.

How do guests pay, and where does the money go?

Payment goes through the payment provider you connect, and the money goes to the venue. Card details reach neither your site nor us.

Does it work on phones and for people with disabilities?

Yes. The plan fits a phone screen, and every place can be chosen by keyboard and with a screen reader, to WCAG 2.2 AA.

Which languages does the widget speak?

Ukrainian, English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.

Describe your venue in an email — the kind of space, the city and the number of places — and we will reply with the pilot’s terms.
